Reviews
Great tour! The guide was eager to accomodate to our needs, offering a great experience in Brasov and giving insights to the ins and outs of life in the city -and the country. Great homemade meal and the conversation flowed perfectly. It felt like being with friends. Would totally recommend. If (should I say "when") we go back to Romania we'll book another experience with "Romanian friend".
We loved the tour. Robert was an amazing guide with so much historical knowledge to help us understand where we were and how the various foods came to be. We loved the places he chose and the informative walk through the city. We highly recommend this tour to get an introduction to Cluj and its amazing foods.
My niece and I had a wonderful time on our tour. Our guide, Adela, picked us up at our apartment. She was so engaging and informative. We learned so much about the history of Transylvania and why fortresses and fortified churches were so important. And we had a great lunch with traditional food and wine.
Robert, our guide, was fabulous! We had a lovely time learning about and sampling a wide variety of Romanian food. He was a joy to spend some time with, strongly recommend! He also gave some great historical context to tie everything together.
