We had a great Short Bear Watching Experience just outside of Brasov. Our guide Stefan was very knowledgeable and passionate about the animal life in the beautiful Piatra Craiului National Park. It was a beautiful drive from the visitor center to the viewpoint, and we saw a lot of bears in a safe and respectful way. Would really recommend it to anyone who wants to see bears in a natural setting (and help keep them in the forest and out of the cities).

Our guide with Romanian Friend walked at a reasonable pace, taking short breaks when needed (it was a hot day). She also pointed out areas of interest and told us interesting historical stories as we walked. We felt that we understood the history and culture of Romania much better as a result. In addition, she gave us advice on other places for tourists to visit in the Fagaras Mountains area. We might never have known about La Valtori, the traditional wool-processing business in Lisa, Romania. We visited that amazing business before we left.

The trip was great! Our guide was very experienced and knowledgeable. There were multiple mothers with cubs at the hide which was a treat to see! Definitely recommended!

This was a well organized 3 day hiking tour with Marian. Great communication from beginning to end. We had timely pickups and drop-offs. Our guide was Mihai and we enjoyed his company and professionalism. The first hiking day we were solo and then the other 2 days we hiked with other travelers. The guides took good care of us and chose hiking routes that were adventurous but fun as well as taking into consideration the weather. Romania is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our hikes in the Piatra Craiului and Bucegi mountains despite having to use our rain gear at times. The accommodation and food worked out really well. Thanks to Marian and the other guides we met along the way.

Our tour with Dumitru, a colleague of Florin, was amazing! Before the hike we got well instructed and Dumitru took care of a well planned route according to the weather conditions. He prepared us well with all necessary information and also made sure that we had enough water and food with us. We had a wonderful day in the Fagaras Mountains, felt very safe with our guide and even got an extra trip on another peak as we were quicker as planned. The cherry on the cake was Dumitru's knowledge about the area as well as the history of Romania which he shared with us. We highly recommend Dumitru as a guide and hope to be able to return to the beautiful mountains in Romania!
